When is offset better than digital printing?
Offset usually wins on unit price once runs pass a few hundred to a thousand pieces. It also gives you true PMS colors and consistent color over long runs, and it handles heavier stocks and coatings.
Why not use a web press?
Web presses are built for very long runs on thin, lightweight rolls. If your job needs heavier paper, a real cover stock, die-cutting, or runs in the thousands rather than the millions, sheetfed offset is often the better value.
Do you outsource any work?
No. Printing, bindery, and die-cutting all happen in our shop, so we control the schedule and quality from start to finish.
