Xerox® Iridesse® Production Presses ×2
Digital Printing That Hits Brand Colors CMYK Can’t
Not every job belongs on an offset press. We run two Xerox® Iridesse® Production Presses. Our newest, added this year, came with every option: clear dry ink for spot and flood coats, metallic gold and silver, white, and an extended color gamut. That means vivid brand oranges, like Home Depot orange, print accurately and match from run to run.
Why order this from United Graphics
- Extended color gamut: fluorescent pink boosts oranges, reds, and pinks well beyond standard CMYK
- Clear coats: spot highlights on logos and photos, or a flood coat for protection and sheen
- Metallic gold and silver in a single pass, with no foil dies or extra press runs
- White ink for printing on dark, kraft, and colored stocks
- Consistent color from the first sheet to the last and from reorder to reorder
- Short runs, versioning, and variable data (names, numbers, addresses) that feed into our mail house
- Same Heidelberg die-cutting and bindery in-house for finishing

Frequently asked questions
Can you match our exact brand color?
Iridesse’s extended gamut gets much closer to bright brand colors like safety orange, hot pink, and vivid reds than standard 4-color digital. Send us your PMS number or a printed sample, and we will run a color target before your job.
When should I choose digital over offset?
Digital is usually better for short runs, fast turnaround, personalization, and metallic or clear effects. Offset on our Heidelbergs is more economical as quantities grow. We quote both and recommend the better option.
Do you add clear coating and metallics in a separate step?
No. Clear, gold, silver, and white print inline with color in a single pass, which keeps registration tight and turnaround fast.
